No. If your visa is still valid, you can travel with your passports (old and new), as long as the visa is valid, not damaged, and is the appropriate type of visa required for your principal purpose of travel. (Example: tourist visa, when your principal purpose of travel is tourism).

Applicants applying in their home country have the privilege of extending their visa when it has expired. Visa over stayers cannot afford to extend their visa, as long as the applicants does not have the right to stay in the country. You will need to apply for a new visa.

No. You may stay for the period of time and conditions authorized when you arrived in the country of your destination, which will be noted in your visa conditions, even if your visa expires during your stay.
